Following Jesus’ crucifixion, his followers expected what any expects after someone dies: that they would remain that way. None of them waited outside the tomb counting down… 3… 2… 1… Instead, they ran for their lives in fear, all they worked for was lost. But one of Jesus’ followers, John, gave an eye witness account that summarized the main event surrounding Christianity: Jesus rose from the dead. Based on what happened, he makes the case that Jesus is exactly who he claimed to be.
